Don’t know where the belt tensioner is

Hi I don’t know where the tensioner is to take the belt off the alternator. Can’t find much info on this model so your help would greatly be appreciated. It is for my 2003 Landrover Freelander 2.5L


Labor Time – Serpentine Belt Tensioner

Location – Serpentine Belt Tensioner

SERPENTINE DRIVE BELT, REPLACE

  1. Raise and support vehicle, then remove engine undercover.
  2. Lower vehicle and remove engine acoustic cover.
  3. Remove righthand upper engine mount to top arm attaching bolt.
  4. Loosen upper righthand engine mount to body attaching bolt, then pivot engine mount away from top arm.
  5. Remove engine top arm bracket to righthand hydra-mount and front engine mounting bracket attaching bolts.
  6. Remove power steering pipe support bracket from hydra-mount and position aside.
  7. Remove engine top arm.
  8. Remove engine mounting bracket to engine front plate attaching bolts, then the mounting bracket.
  9. Rotate drive belt tensioner and remove drive belt.
  10. Reverse procedure to install. Torque upper engine mounting bolt to 74 ft. lbs.
