    In almost all cases, you would fill the transmission through the same port as you check the transmission fluid level.

    After looking in the Owners Manual, The only information they show is:

    Transmission fluid level
    The transmission fluid level does not need to
    be checked. If you notice transmission fluid
    loss or gearshifting malfunctions, have an
    authorized Mercedes-Benz Center check the
    transmission.
