My dad has a Taurus and there is an issue with the blower coming on while the car is off, along with dome light, radio doesn’t work correctly, and I believe the power windows don’t always work properly. I think it’s the ECM that’s gone bad but I’m not positive, any suggestions?

The blower coming on issue would be a sticking relay. The dome light coming on would be a door latch switch…most likely the drivers door(quite common on Fords). The power windows are on a completely separate circuit and would have to be looked at to determine if it is the window regulator or the window motor.
