When stepping into it between 3rd and 4th gears, it flattens out or looses power. It only does this after it reaches 4th gear. throttle spring, maybe? Has a thm200c transmission. Or maybe the governor ball has a flat spot on it?

1.57:1 2nd gear

2.07:1 reverse
The fourth gear is not actually a gear but instead the converter locking up.
