My boyfriend’s car has a rattling noise coming from the engine when decelerating……its coming from the front dash part…..any idea what it is?
Does it do this in park or just when driving?
If it will do it when sitting still, try taking off the belt and test for the noise. If the noise is still there with belt off then it is internal in the engine. If not, then you know it is one of the accessories, tensioners or pulleys.
