2011 Infiniti G37

The passenger side headlamp assembly is not working no lights at all. Checked fuses they seem ok. swapped bulbs to driver side and they work


Most likely a wiring or socket issue then. You will need to examine the socket for corrosion and good contacts. Also will need to check the wiring harness. You can use a multi-meter to check continuity of each wire.

This will help you understand how to use a multi-meter to assist you in your diagnosing and testing of the headlight circuit.

HEADLAMP BULB, REPLACE

Warning: The halogen bulb contains gas under pressure. The bulb may shatter if the glass envelope is scratched or if the bulb is dropped. Handle the bulb only by its base. Avoid touching the glass envelope.

  1. Disconnect headlamp bulb electrical connector.
  2. On models equipped with headlamp retaining collar, proceed as follows:
    a. Remove headlamp bulb retaining collar by twisting in a counterclockwise direction.
    b. Pull headlamp bulb from headlamp housing assembly.
  3. On models without headlamp retaining collar, twist bulb in a counterclockwise direction and remove.
  4. On all models, reverse procedure to install.
